Reservations & Payments
- Booking is confirmed after deposit payment (50–100%).
- Rates vary by season and promotions.
- Proof of payment is required.
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 11:00
- Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability & extra charges.
Occupancy
- Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy per room.
- Extra guests incur additional fees.
Cancellation & Refund
- 7 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
- Promotions & holiday bookings: Non-refundable & non-changeable.
Rescheduling
- One-time change allowed with 7 days’ notice.
- Based on availability; extra charges may apply.
Damage & Penalties
- Guests are responsible for any property damage.
- Smoking in rooms: Minimum THB 2,000 fine.
Prohibited
- Pets without approval
- Cooking equipment in rooms
- Loud noise after 22:00
- Unauthorized parties
Liability
- Resort is not responsible for lost items, guest negligence, natural events, or third-party services.
Facilities
- Use with care; children must be supervised.
- Resort property must not be removed.
Privacy
- Guest information is used only for service purposes and will not be shared unlawfully.
Photography
- Personal photos allowed; commercial shoots require pre-approval.
Agreement
- Payment and stay constitute acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.
