Once you have completed your room reservation, please transfer a 50% deposit of the room rate within 24 hours. For group reservations, please transfer the deposit within 3 days. If you have any questions, please contact the staff during business hours.

Deposit
- A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure a booking
- Full payment may be required for promotions or certain room categories
Booking Confirmation
- Send the payment slip via Line / Facebook / Email
- The resort will verify and confirm within 5–15 minutes
- If no confirmation is received, please contact staff directly
Remaining Balance
- Pay the remaining amount upon check-in
- Accepted via cash or mobile banking
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation
- Cancel more than 7 days before check-in: 1-time reschedule allowed
- Cancel within 7 days of stay: non-refundable
- Public holidays & long weekends: non-refundable and non-reschedulable
Refund
- Refunds will be processed according to the policy only
- Funds will be returned within 3–7 business days
- Transfer fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount
